Intuition
May 30, 2012

Feel your way through life. When I give workshops on intuition I am totally in my zone. I love it. The trick is spirit doesn’t always tell me what we are doing ahead of time! I have had to really work on letting things go before a class and allowing the information to come very organically.

I had a woman taking a intuition class in the Wonderment Series. We had been doing some work with play dough. I typically had asked them to give something they made away to a partner or someone in the room. She wouldn’t give hers away. I didn’t understand what the form was that she made. So I asked if we could spend some time on why she wanted to keep hers. I asked her first what it was?

She replied it was her addiction. She had been in treatment for a long time and worked very hard to clean up from a very harsh addiction to hard drugs. She said when she was asked to make something out of play dough that’s what she was lead to make. I asked if she had been having problems. She said no but some guilt because she had been very sick with bronchitis or something like that and had taken cough medicine and typically she would check ingredients and this time for whatever reason she didn’t. It had some ingredient in it that she shouldn’t have had and she was scared. She said her addiction was like this monster that woke every once in a while. So we had her visualize the addiction as this big cloud of energy- it was dark she said. Spirit said I was to tell her to find the light as no matter how dark the energy is there is always light inside. She found a little point of light and was given the guidance to fill it with as much light as she could all different colors came. In the end it transformed into a sea horse! We all laughed actually because a sea horse was just so strange. I sent her home with homework to look up the spiritual meaning of sea horses- when she went home to look it up she found the meaning that resonated with her perfectly. I believe it was about strength and power and believing in herself. It was such a powerful class for all of us who attended.
