Please read this agreement carefully. By signing below, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of participation for Jodie Harvala’s retreat.

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

No refunds will be issued after August 1st, regardless of circumstance.

Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the facilitator.

Cancellations due to personal reasons, illness, or emergencies remain subject to this policy.

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2. Substance Use Policy

To maintain energetic clarity and group safety, no drugs, alcohol, or mind-altering substances are permitted during retreat hours or on retreat property.
Violation of this policy may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

3. Behavior and Participation Agreement

Participants agree to:

Act respectfully toward all attendees, facilitators, retreat staff, and the surrounding community.

Refrain from any disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.

Honor the retreat schedule and shared spaces.

Facilitators reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if these guidelines are not upheld. No refund will be provided in such cases.

4. Health and Safety Disclosure

By signing, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate in the retreat activities.
Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to the retreat.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and that the facilitator and team are not liable for pre-existing conditions, injuries, or accidents that may occur during participation.

5. Personal Responsibility Clause

You understand that participation in the retreat, including any travel or activities, is done at your own risk.
You are responsible for your choices, experiences, and reactions throughout the retreat.
The facilitator, staff, and venue are not liable for any personal injury, loss, accident, or outcome resulting from retreat participation or travel.

6. Confidentiality and Group Trust

What happens at the retreat stays at the retreat.
All participants agree to keep private any personal stories, emotions, or experiences shared by others.
This agreement helps maintain the sacred and trusting environment necessary for deep personal work.

7. Energetic Work Acknowledgment

You understand that any energy work, intuitive guidance, or spiritual teachings offered are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.
All sessions and exercises are intended for personal and spiritual development only.

8. Travel and Logistics Disclaimer

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs.
The facilitator is not responsible for lost luggage, missed flights, travel delays, or interruptions.
Please arrive and depart according to the communicated schedule.
